Agreement

These terms apply to the RippleOut app and website, provided by Burak Sahin ("Developer", "we", or "us"). By downloading or using RippleOut, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use RippleOut on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the App Store Usage Rules. You may also use it through Family Sharing or other accounts allowed by Apple's rules.

What RippleOut does

RippleOut generates audio patterns and tests that may help move droplets near speaker openings or help you compare speaker output. Results depend on the device and the cause of the sound problem.

RippleOut does not dry a charging port, remove sticky or salty residue, repair corrosion or fix damaged hardware. Stop if sound becomes worse or uncomfortable. Follow device-maker safety guidance and seek qualified service when damage may be present.

Purchases

Standard Water Eject and Basic Speaker Test are free. RippleOut Pro is an optional lifetime in-app purchase. In-app purchases are processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to the App Store Terms of Service. In-app purchase verification, paywall delivery, and entitlement restoration are facilitated through RevenueCat. Apple handles billing, payment processing, and refund requests under its standard rules. A lifetime purchase grants access for the supported lifecycle of the app, not a guarantee that every future operating system or hardware version will be supported indefinitely.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, interfere with or use RippleOut in a way that breaks the law, harms another person or damages a device. Do not use tones at unsafe volume levels or in a way that could disturb people or animals.

Ownership

RippleOut, its design, code, copy and brand assets belong to the developer or respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and warranty

We aim to keep RippleOut reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by use of RippleOut. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Apple terms

These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for RippleOut, its maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as required by its rules. Apple has no other warranty obligation.

The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance and consumer protection claims. The developer is also responsible for investigating and resolving intellectual property claims relating to RippleOut.

You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on a United States government restricted-party list. You must comply with any third-party terms that apply to your use of the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Ending use

You can end this agreement by deleting RippleOut. We may end your license if you materially break these terms. Sections that reasonably need to survive will continue to apply.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the app, law or App Store requirements change. New terms apply after they are posted and accepted where consent is required. These terms are governed by applicable laws, without taking away mandatory consumer rights in your country.
